Who We Are

We are a vibrant group of people who want to tune into the abundant joy and wellness that life has to offer and then spread that abundance to our family, friends, and co-workers.

Our Motivation

Our people and our partners bring their unique perspective and strengthen us with their personal motivations. We have compiled some and we welcome you to add yours.

  • I have read about mindfulness and want to learn where to start.
  • I have started yoga and meditation but I am unable to progress and benefit spiritually.
  • I want a deeper sense of engagement to create a community of collective wellbeing.
  • I want to prepare myself for life events, which are bound to happen. If you have seen some downtime already, you know what I am referring to. But if not, that downtime is inevitable – it could be a debilitating sickness or death of a loved one or as in my case, just the sheer mental drain of raising kids in America.
  • Happiness is the choice I must make, not something I must find.
  • I have read about mindfulness and want to learn where to start.
  • I have read about mindfulness and want to learn where to start.
  • I want to believe in the power of my mind and spirit to lead and set positive goals.
  • I am concerned that my life is not something that is just happening to me like a series of events but I am actively taking control doing something for myself, interacting deeply with other people, and perhaps making my own life and then that of my family and friends around me better.
  • When I have retired, I want to have a platform to help myself and others in a meaningful way. That I would still be able to practice mindfulness and lead a fulfilled life with a mission in hand.
  • The day I decided that my life was joyful, suddenly there was joy all around me.
  • If I were restricted to one pair of socks or one car in my entire life, I would treat those with utmost respect and care. Well, I’ll have only one mind and one body in my life, so I should better start right away.
