Welcome to 21SWP, a non-profit initiative to take 21 million people on a path to social wellness using 21 mindful techniques. Mindfulness is a fashionable and easy concept. It is however difficult to start on this journey or to measurably progress. We teach simple concepts and techniques that you can start practicing right away and embed in your daily schedule.
Many people associate mindfulness with spirituality but this is equally applicable to all aspects of our lives including the corporate world – after all everything originates in our mind, subsists in our mind and then dissolves in our mind alone. We help you acquire happiness, wellness and compassion for yourself first and then help you explore how to spread these newfound skills and in turn be benefited even more.
